Terms and Conditions
- Reset task/project timer after 14 days time-out
- If a task or project is paused for more than 14 days, the time counter resets to ensure fair billing for both parties.
- Service warranties: 180 days
- All services are guaranteed for 180 days. Any issues related to the original work will be addressed free of charge during this period.
- Remote screen workshop with live voice coaching +50%
- For interactive sessions with real-time guidance, there's a 50% surcharge to account for the intensive nature of these sessions.
- No deposit, 100% post-payment on success
- Payment is only due after the successful completion of the task or project, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working hours 10:00–20:00 (GMT+7 Vietnam)
- Regular service hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM Vietnam time (GMT+7). Please consider this when scheduling.
- Pre-book 1-2 days in advance if possible
- To ensure availability, it's recommended to book services 1-2 days before they're needed.
- Urgent/emergency tasks off-hours +100%
- For tasks requiring immediate attention outside of regular hours, a 100% surcharge applies.
